Service is offered twice a week (days scheduled according to your service address). If you need us, just put out your personalized laundry bag and we will pick up and return your finished garments the following scheduled day.
You will receive a personal Alexander Reed garment bag with a tag listing your individual specifications and preferences like starch, folded or hangers, and any special requests. There’s no need to be home when your clothes are delivered. Your items will be left at a pre-determined location – or delivered right to your office.

How does the service work?
Enjoy the convenience of home pickup and delivery service with Alexander Reed Cleaners. Your service address determines your pre-set service days (either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday). If you need us, just put out your personalized laundry bag and we will pick up and return your finished garments the following scheduled day.
How do you know my preferences?
You can let us know on your sign up form – or simply include a note with any special requests or instructions with your garments.
Where do I leave my bag and where is it returned? Do I need to be home?
Your items will be left at your chosen location and a door hook can be provided. There’s no need to be home when your clothes are delivered, and your garments will be returned with your garment bag.
Will you pick up large or specialty items for delivery?
Delivery service works just like going to the cleaners! We will pick up and clean everything from comforters to drapes to your favorite leather jacket.
Can I send in a repair or alteration?
Absolutely! Attach a note to the garment with repair instructions or pin your hem where you want it. We have an excellent seamstress who can fix or alter your garments.
What if I only want service once a week?
No problem! You can let your driver know which day(s) you prefer service at any time. Additionally, you may suspend service while you are out of town with a simple note in your order or a phone call.
How am I billed/invoiced?
The credit card you submit with your sign up form will be kept on file and your account will be billed out at the end of the month. A detailed invoice will be provided with each returning order.
What about pricing?
Alexander Reed Cleaners offers competitive pricing and no extra fees for delivery! (Coupons are not accepted for pick-up and delivery.)
